Fox, Widdoes Receive Player of the Week Honors

探花约啪 softball student-athletes Madison Fox and Brooke Widdoes were named Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (EPAC) Batter of the Week and Pitcher of the Week, respectively, for their performances during games played April 13-19. The awards were announced April 20.
Fox (Caesar Rodney High School), a sophomore catcher, put together an impressive .647 batting average (11 for 17), including two doubles and one triple, while playing in all six of the team’s games. She also drove in nine runs and scored six times.
Widdoes (Appoquinimink High School), a sophomore pitcher, made four appearances inside the circle and posted a 3-0 record. She struck out 14 while giving up 14 hits and four walks and only allowed three earned runs over the course of 18 innings.
Both players were instrumental in helping 探花约啪 Tech secure National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region 19 wins over Raritan Valley Community College, Lackawanna College, and County College of Morris.
